Optimización de pérdidas en motores eléctricos mediante control vectorial

Abstract

Aborda el problema de la minimización de perdidas en régimen permanente en motores eléctricos, mediante el control de las variables eléctricas de alimentación. estudia la minimización de pérdidas mediante control vectorial, donde la consigna de corriente optima se obtiene a partir de un modelo eléctrico y de perdidas del motor. En 1º lugar, se propone un modelo eléctrico de régimen permanente que incluye las perdidas en el hierro y puede aplicarse a:(a) motor síncrono de imanes permanentes interiores y superficiales, (b) motor síncrono de reluctancia, (c) motor síncrono con excitación constante, (d) motor de inducción, (e) motor de corriente continua. En 2º lugar, se desarrolla un expresión para la optimización de perdidas aplicable a todos los motores anteriores, que permite tener en cuenta la saturación magnética. En 3º lugar, se propone un esquema de control vectorial en el que integrar la anterior expresión, del que se ha analizado en detalle la rapidez y la estabilidad del sistema no lineal resultante. Todo ello ha sido verificado experimentalmente con un motor síncrono de imanes permanentes interiores. Finalmente, se han estudiado y comparado desde el punto de vista del rendimiento, las diferentes estrategias de control vectorial que normalmente se aplican a los motores estudiados en la tesis.
