¿Derechos laborales para los animales?

Authors: Rey Pérez, José Luis;

¿Derechos laborales para los animales?

Abstract

In this chapter, in the context of the recognition of a group of rights for animals (in particular for domestic animals), can be justified obtaining some benefit of the work of these animals taking into account that they do not consent in realizing those works. It is argued that the absence of acceptation (that also happens in human labor relationships) can be compensated with a extended catalogue of labor rights. Those labor rights exclude the great majority of animal work particularly those of industrial farms.
