Claves de psicología y espiritualidad femenina en los ejercicios espirituales

Abstract

El artículo presenta algunas características distintivas del género femenino identificadas por la psicología, para pasar a revisar los elementos de la espiritualidad ignaciana relacionados con ellas. Así, se revisan las diferencias cognitivas, afectivas y conductuales entre hombres y mujeres y se identifican las áreas clave de la espiritualidad femenina: su carácter relacional, emocional, cotidiano, circular, intuitivo y centrada en el cuidado. El trabajo termina señalando la gran presencia de lo femenino en los textos ignacianos y la consideración de Ignacio de lo femenino como complementario de lo masculino, muy en la línea de los estudios psicológicos más recientes sobre espiritualidad.
