Servicios financieros: la excepción a la regla

Abstract

La Ronda Uruguay del GATT supuso la gran liberalización del comercio mundial de bienes y servicios. Los servicios financieros, sin embargo, tuvieron un acuerdo especial, dadas las características particulares de los mismos y de su impacto sobre las economías nacioanles.

The GATT Uruguay Round final agreement was the greates liberalization of global trade in goods and services. Financial services, however, had an special agreement because of their particular features and their effect on national economies.
