Familia y trabajo: condiciones laborales y vida familiar

Abstract

The social doctrine of the Church encourages us to think about family and work as two human and humanizing dimensions destined for reconciliation. In this article, we will look at the areas where a balance is to be found (family, work and policies) and the characteristics that affect their relationship, emphasizing some of the effects of the reconciliation problems in Spanish society. Following that, we will describe reconciliation from the paradigm of co-responsibility to then finish by portraying a few scenarios of reconciliation from a Christian perspective.
