Abstract

Recently, the OECD and the G20 issued the BEPS Package on the objective to reduce tax avoidance and evasion. This package has been considered a revolution in Tax Systems all around the world. This book aims to serve as a reference guide on the introduced changes, specially regarding recent tax reforms in Spain and the European Union, as well as forthcoming changes. In this regard, the books provides with an in-depth analysis of BEPS Action Plan Actions, including previous works and related issues, from both an academic perspective and the inside view of spanish delegates to the BEPS workgroups.
