Sobre la Responsabilidad Social del Ministerio Fiscal

Se aborda la dimensión social del Ministerio Fiscal en España relacionando un heptálogo de peligros o puntos críticos. La imparcialidad y la (in)dependencia de la institución podrían verse reemplazadas, o mejor superadas, por el principio de parcialidad objetiva.

This paper studies the social dimension of Public Prosecutor in Spain relating seven critical hazards. Impartiality and (In)dependence of the Institution could be replaced, or rather surpassed, according to a principle of objective partiality.
