El objeto del presente trabajo de investigación consiste en el análisis y estimación del posible impacto fiscal en el sujeto pasivo del Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones (en adelante ISD), como consecuencia de la Comunidad Autónoma en donde mantenga su residencia habitual, dentro del territorio de aplicación del régimen general del Impuesto.

The objective of this research is to analyze and estimate the possible tax impact on the taxable person of the Inheritance and Donations Tax (hereinafter ISD), as a consequence of the Autonomous Community where he maintains his habitual residence, within the territory of Application of the general tax regime.
