Abstract

Both laws (utrumque ius) expression is related mainly to the relationship between civil law and canon law. In this book is referred also to the relationship between positive law and natural law, examined in all sectors of the legal experience: canon, public ecclesiastical, criminal, civil, constitutional and administrative.

El tema de los dos derechos (utrumque ius), que habitualmente viene referido a la relación del derecho civil con el canónico, en este caso se extiende también a la del derecho positivo con el natural, examinada en los distintos sectores: canónico, público eclesiástico, penal, civil, constitucional y administrativo.
