Dimensionar el verdadero valor de una garantía, y con ella, el valor que un crédito garantizado asistido de privilegio en el concurso de acreedores refleja la fuerza y la esencia que las garantías despliegan en el concurso de acreedores. Cuestionar la capacidad económica que tiene una garantía y con ella la realidad de los privilegios es la razón última que preside el art. 94.5
