La trazabilidad metrológica en la anestesia

Abstract

La trazabilidad metrológica dentro del mundo de la salud es una de las propuestas de futuro para la medicina y la ingeniería. Tomando como referencia lo que se ha hecho en el mundo de la ingeniería, puede avanzarse muy rápidamente en la dirección deseada. Una de las primeras premisas que se han establecido ha sido involucrar a todos los profesionales relacionados. Y una muestra de ello es la colaboración conjunta en la creación de este documento, aparte de jornadas, encuentros, trabajos, proyectos y un largo etcétera. En este artículo presentamos los principales aspectos que se pusieron de manifiesto en la última Jornada que se ha realizado, a la vez que compartimos el plan de trabajo futuro. Estamos seguros que dentro de las líneas que se han escrito, se encontrarán reflexiones que han aflorado en el desarrollo de ese día. La visión de la seguridad en las medidas que se realizan para una correcta anestesia, ha llevado a preguntarse hasta dónde se puede llegar en la trazabilidad de las medidas en un hospital. Y lo que ahora planteamos en el mundo de la anestesia, poco a poco irá ampliándose al resto del entorno hospitalario.
