Abstract

En esta obra se abordan los principales problemas con los que se encuentran los acreedores, los deudores y los administradores concursales a la hora de abordar un concurso de acreedores. En ella se tocan situaciones tan variadas como las ventas de unidades productivas y el momento en que se pueden llevar a cabo, la oportunidad de presentar el concurso de un grupo de sociedades y si todas las sociedades responden de las deudas contraídas, cómo se abordan los ERES dentro de un concurso de acreedores, la finalización del concurso por insuficiencia de bienes y todo un conjunto de temas de rabiosa actualidad en el ámbito concursal.

In this work the main problems that are creditors, debtors and insolvency administrators when addressing a bankruptcy are addressed. It as varied situations as sales of production units and the time can be carried out, the opportunity to contest a group of companies and if all companies liable for the debts, touching how to address the You're in a bankruptcy, the end of the competition due to lack of goods and a whole range of highly topical issues in the bankruptcy field.
