Desarrollo del talento

Abstract

The future, it was said until recently, will be the companies with the best human capital; now the future will be companies that treat their best talents, the better retain and motivate best. This is a consequence of that we are in the era of knowledge, and knowledge and talent are unique qualities of the persona.Sin however, talent, or find ways cumin and personal promotion or look outside the company. The promotion, which has long been the main attraction in the policies of the Directors of Human Resources, now find that there is no longer room for everyone in the empresa.El development of talent in companies, from a dual perspective it is offered by this book. On the one hand academic, exposed by a number of authors from his university position and research, with a number of very important empirical contributions, and contrasts with the view of experts, from the point of view of company management talent expose a set of guidelines for the implementation of the empirical approach.
