Örgütsel cinsiyet rolleri: Yetkinliklerin cinsiyet algısı ve bireylerin iş tercihlerine etkisi

Abstract

As the half of the population in all societies is women, it is so clear to understand that economic growth can not be achieved without involving women. Unfortunately equality policies aren't enough to reach desired level of women employment. Because societies continue to act upon gender roles and responsibilities set in socialization process. Taking into consideration the similarity between society and organization, the role of women and men might be separated within organizations. The aim of the study is to identify organizational gender roles through competencies and test whether the individuals are affected by these roles in their job preferences.
