Abstract

ÖZ ESÎN M. Tayları Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Sosyoloji Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Doç. Dr. Yakın Ertürk Ağustos 1990, 86 sahi f e Tezin ilk kısmında, gülme ve fıkraları konu edinen sosyolojik literatürün beşeri bilimler ve Batı düşüncesi ile ilişkisi irdelenmektedir. Bu çerçevede geliştirilen toplumsal düzen, ayrıksılık gibi kavramların yardımı ile, Türk folkloruna ait mizahi unsurlar (özellikle Nasrettin Hoca), tezin ikinci kısmında incelenmiştir. Bir ölçüye kadar diğer fıkra türlerine de genelleşti ribilen Hoca tiplemesinin çözümlenmesi, bu tiplemenin, içinde bulunduğu toplumsal düzendeki ikili konumu ile açıklanabileceğini göstermiştir. Prof. Dr. Yakın Ertürk August 1990, 86 pages The first part elaborates the relation of sociological theories of laughter and jokes with the history of human sciences and of the Occidental thought. By means of the concepts of social order, perversion, etc., developed on this basis the jocular elements of Turkish folklore (especially Nasreddin Hodja) are studied in the second part. The analysis of the Hodja figure, which can, more or less, be generalized to o^.her types of jokes, has shown that this figure can be explained by the dual position he occupies within the social order.
