Bilge Y.Lisans, Elektrik Elektronik Mühendisliği Bölümü Danışman: Prof. Dr. Aydın Ersak Aralık 1999, 107 sayfa Asenkron motorlar, güç yarıiletkenleri ve VLSI teknolojilerindeki gelişmelerle birlikte popülerlik kazanmışlardır. Endüstrideki vektör kontrollü asenkron motor sürücülerinin sayısı hızla artmaktadır. Vektör kontrol, alan yönlendirmeli kontrol metodudur. Vektör kontrol için kontrol edilen değişkenlerin akı ve moment üreten bileşenlerinin ayrıştırılması gerekmektedir. Bu yöntemle moment üreten bileşen ile alan üreten bileşen ayrı ayrı denetlenebilir. Böylelikle motor momenti kolaylıkla ayarlanabildiği gibi geçici momentler de en aza indirgenmektedir. Bununla birlikte, düşük hızlarda bile motorun momenti ve hızı kesin şekilde kontrol edilebilmektedir. Bu tezde vektör kontrol metodlan irdelenmiş ve bilgisayarda simülasyonu yapılmıştır. 5KVA'lık bir evirgeç sistemi hazırlanmış ve Sayısal İşaret İşlemci (DSP) tabanlı kontrol sistemi için vektör kontrol yazılımı geliştirilmiştir. Bu sistemle üç faz asenkron motor sürülmüş ve geçici karakteristikleri incelenip ivsonuçlar sabit V/f oranlı kontrol ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Vektör kontrolün geçici aralıklarda sabit V/f oranlı kontrolden daha iyi moment ürettiği doğrulanmıştır. ABSTRACT VECTOR CONTROL OF ASYNCHRONOUS MOTORS MUTLUER, H. Bilge M.Sc, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Aydın Ersak December 1999, 107 pages Induction motors have gained a lot of popularity with the recent improvements in both power semiconductor and VLSI technologies. Vector control, which is also known as field oriented control, have been used in many industrial induction motor drive systems with increasing number. In vector control, flux and torque producing components of the controlled variables are decoupled and treated separately. By this way, torque-producing component of the motor can be adjusted separately from the field-producing component of the current. Therefore, torque output of the motor can be adjusted easily and torque transients are minimised. Even at low speeds, induction motor torque and speed can be controlled accurately. In this thesis, vector control methods are introduced and vector control is simulated on computer. Also, vector control software is written to control a 5kVA DSP based three phase inverter system driving an induction motor. Moreover, utransient behaviour is compared to Scalar (V/f) Control.
