TÜRKİYE'DE TARIM KESİMİNDE ETKİNLİK

Abstract

Bu makalede Türkiye'de tarım kesiminde 1967-87 yıllan arasındaki teknik etkinlik açısından gelişmeler deterministik üretim sının yaklaşımı ile incelenmektedir. Bu yöntem ile teknik etkinsizlik, ölçek etkinsizlığı, kalabalıklaşma ve saf teknik etkinsizlik bileşenlerine ayrıştınlmıştır. Çalışmada tarımsal alan, suni gübre, tanmsal işgücü, traktör sayısı ve reel tanmsal üretim değeri ile ilgili zaman serisi verileri kullanılmışta. Sonuçlara göre tarım kesimi 1981 yılma kadar teknik etkinlik açısından olumlu bir seyir izlemiş, ancak bunu takip eden yıllarda etkinsizlik artmıştır. Etkinsizliğın önemli bir kısmının girdi kalabalıklaşmasından kaynaklandığı saptanmışta.
