Endüstriyel robot kol geliştirilmesi ve prototipinin üretilmesi

Abstract

The aim of the work to be done is to increase the use of mobile humanoid robots in daily life, to help people meet their basic needs in various sectors such as education, health and entertainment, which can be programmed to increase human-robot interaction, are sensitive to image and sound, can talk, can find their own location, find the shortest way to reach their destination. It is the mechanical and software design and prototype production of an industrial robot arm that can be. In the design part of the robot arm, which is planned to be made in this study, the gearbox production was designed as a cycloid reducer, unlike other robot arms, and it was aimed to increase the lifted load with a shorter distance of the gearbox with a higher conversion rate. In the software part of the study, a prototype of a robot arm that can operate autonomously and provide easy optimization by controlling position control and speed control with various sensors with the robot operating system (ROS) has been produced.
