Arapça bir kelime olan mecmûa “cem“ kökünden türeyerek “toplanıp biriktirilmiş, tertip ve tanzim edilmiş şeylerin bütünü” anlamına gelmektedir. Edebî terim olarak ise “Nazım ya da nesir hüviyetindeki aynı veya farklı kişilerin metinlerinin düzenli ya da düzensiz olarak bir araya getirildiği eserler” olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma Ankara Milli Kütüphane ’de 06 Mil Yz A2631 numaraya “Mecmû?â-i Letâif-i İlâhî” adıyla kayıtlı mecmûa çalışmasıdır. Çalışmamızın başlığı “06 Mil Yz A2631 Numaralı Eserin MESTAP Projesine Göre Hazırlanması (İnceleme-Metin)”dir. Çalışmamız giriş bölümü haricinde inceleme ve metin olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İnceleme bölümünde mecmûanın içeriğine, şairlere ve şairlerin divanlarında olmayan şiirlere yer verilmiştir. Metin bölümünde ise mecmûanın transkripsiyon harfleriyle çevirisi yapılarak MESTAP tablosu oluşturulmuştur. Sonuç kısmında ise mecmûanın edebiyat tarihimize katkılarına yer verilmiştir.

The Arabic Word mecmûa derives from the root “cem”and means “the whole of things that have been collected, arranged.” As a literary term, it is defined as “the works in which the texts of the same or diffirent persons in verse or prose are brought together regularly or irregularly” This work is a journal work registered to Ankara National Library under the name of “Mecmû’?-i Let?if-i İl?hî” at 06 Mil Yz A2631. The title of our study is “Preparation of the Work No. 06 Mil Yz A2631 According to the MESTAP Project (Review-Text)”. Our study, apart from the introduction, consist of two parts, a review and a text. In the analysis section, the content of the journal, the poets and the poems that are not in the poets’divans are included. In the text part, the MESTAP table was created by translating the journal wiht transcription letters. In the conclusion part, the contributions of the journal to our literary history are given.
