Groundwater is a vital resource for potable water demand, irrigation, and industrial activities. For this reason, the use of different methods in the modeling of groundwater flow is still a current research topic. In this study, differential equations of one- and two- dimensional groundwater flow are solved using finite difference and radial basis function collocation method. The results obtained by these methods are compared with the results obtained from the GMS MODFLOW package program. As a result of this study, it is seen that the radial basis function collocation method is a good alternative to the methods used in the solution of groundwater flow problems.
