Tabakalı bir diskin termal gerilme analizi

Abstract

Yapılan bu çalısma, sıcaklık etkisine maruz bir diskte olusan termal gerilmelerin analitik ve sonlu elemanlar yöntemiyle belirlenmesi ile ilgilidir. Disk, üst üste geçirilmis izotropik malzemelerden olusmaktadır ve sıcaklık dağılımı iç yüzeyden dıs yüzeye doğru azalan parabolik bir fonksiyon olarak verilmistir. Olusan radyal ve teğetsel gerilmelerin sıcaklığın artması ile birlikte değisimi, ayrıca radyal yer değistirme incelenmistir. Dncelenen sıcaklık değerlerinde teğetsel gerilmeler radyal gerilmelerden daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmistir. Yapılan analitik çalısmada, sınır sartları için diskin iç ve dıs yüzeylerindeki radyal gerilmeler sıfır olarak belirlenmistir. Ayrıca, analitik çalısma ile elde edilen radyal ve teğetsel gerilmeler sonlu elemanlar yöntemi ile yapılan çalısma ile karsılastırılmıs ve analitik yöntemle nümerik yöntemin birebir örtüstüğü tespit edilmistir.
