The purpose of this study is to determine elementary school teachers' attitudes towards organizational change. The sample of the study consists of 342 teachers working for public and private primary schools during 2005-2006 academic year in Denizli The 59 item scale developed by the researchers was administered to the subjects as a data collection instruments. The data has been analyzed by using the techniqes such as average, standard deviation, the t-test and the one way variance analysis. After analizing the data, according to the findings, the attitudes of teachers who are working at central Denizli elementary schools towards organizational change have been found as "moderate" level.
