Abstract

According to international laws, a rmistice agreements are the documents remaining in force until the final treaty terminating the war is made. The Treaty of Moudros is an agreement violating international law. It is an agreement sentencing Turkish people from financial, administrative, economical aspects unjustly. Turkish National Struggle was done for that purpose. When the struggles of Mustafa Kemal to free the country from foreign invasion by persuading the Istanbul Government failed, he had to go to Anatolia from Istanbul. The Allied Forces could not accept the assembling of Ottoman National Assembly and announcing of the National Pact, thus, they invaded Istanbul upon this case, Mustafa Kemal changed the method of struggle and laid the foundation of a new state as separate from Ottoman by opening the Grand National Assembly in Ankara.
