Hali hazırda yapılan işin ilerleyen dönemlerdeki devamlılığı açısından duyulan tedirginlik olarak tanımlanan iş güvencesizliği, günümüz iş hayatının en önemli kaygı ve stres faktörlerinden biridir. Yapılan araştırma sonuçları, mevcut işin gelecekteki devamlılığına dair duyulan tedirginlik ve endişenin iş görenler üzerindeki etkisi, bu etkinin meydana gelmesine yol açan faktörler geçmişte yapılan araştırmalar taranarak sistematik bir çalışma olarak irdelenmiştir. Bunlarla birlikte yapılan çalışmada, bazı yaklaşımlar, modeller ve temel kuramlar ile özetlenmiştir. İş güvencesizliğinin çalışanlar üzerindeki etkilerini düzenleyici roller olarak demografik yapılar ile ilgili faktörler ele alınmıştır. Bu araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular bulgular yorumlanarak açıklanmış, gelecekte bu tür çalışmalar için öneri ve tavsiyelerde bulunulmuştur.
Job insecurity, described as concern about the continued existence of the job in the future, is one of the most important anxiety and stress factors of business life. In this study, by scanning all the studies that were done in the past, job insecurity concern is systematically examined through its effect on employees, the factors that cause this effect and, as a result of them. The effects of job insecurity on employees as regulatory roles are addressed by factors related to demographics. Along with these, in this study, some approaches are summarized through models and basic theories. The findings that were obtained through this study are explained reviewing the findings. Advices and suggestions are given for studies like this to be done in future.
