Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explain the relationships between education, employment and technology. Today the ındustrial economies create demand for educated human capital especially high-skill, technical and professional status. Educational system due to the competition in labor market expand to provide more skills to greater numbers of individuals. In Turkey the educatıonal system is different from developed countries.

Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitim, istihdam ve teknoloji arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemektir. Günümüzde endüstri iyi eğitilmiş insan talebi yaratmıştır. İş piyasasındaki rekabete dayalı olarak eğitim sistemi daha çok sayıda insana daha fazla beceri sağlayacak biçimde genişlemiştir. Türkiye’de eğitim gelişmiş ülkelerden farklıdır ve Türkiye’nin temel meselelerinden birisidir.
