İnsan kaynakları yaklaşımının sosyal sermaye düzeyine etkileri

Abstract

The aim of this study is to display conceptually the relationship and interaction between the matter of human resources and the concept of social capital. Human resources policy and human capital with enhanced competence will have direct impact on work performance; therefore, this paper deals with the increased importance of human resource management due to the fact that it nurtures human/intellectual capital. The resulting changes in social capital brought about by these changes are analyzed from the framework of Fukuyama's thoughts developed through his book “The Great Disruption” and “Trust”.
