Abstract

Bu araştırma; sınıf öğretmenlerinin karar verme stilleri ve iş doyum düzeylerini tespitederek, kişisel özelliklere göre bunların farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymak amacıylayapılmıştır.Betimsel bir nitelikte olan bu araştırmanın örneklemini 2014-2015 eğitim öğretimyılında Konya ili Meram ilçesinde görev yapan 360 sınıf öğretmeninden oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak öğretmenlerin karar vermede öz saygı ve kararverme stillerini belirlemek için Orijinali Mann ve Diğ. (1998), tarafından geliştirilen Deniz(2004), tarafından Türkçe`ye uyarlanan Melbourne Karar Verme Ölçeğini (MelbourneDecision Making Questionary) ile öğretmenlerin iş doyum düzeylerini belirlemek için deDawis England ve Lofquist tarafından geliştirilen Deniz ve Güliz Gökçora tarafındanTürkçeye uyarlanan Minnesote İş Doyum Ölçeği (MİDÖ) ve personelin kişisel özelliklerinibelirlemek için ise araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır.Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin karar vermede özsaygı düzeylerinin yüksek, kararverme stillerinde dikkatli yüksek, kaçıngan, erteleyici ve panik karar verme stilleri ise düşük,iş doyum düzeyleri ise orta seviyenin üzerinde tespit edilmiştir. Kişisel özelliklere göre degerek karar vermede özsaygı ve karar verme stillerinde gerekse de iş doyum düzeylerindedemografik özelliklerin bazılarında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunurken bazı değişkenlere göre iseanlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sınıf öğretmeni, Karar verme,İş doyumu

This research has done to identify teacher`s decision making style whether to changeor not in according to their personal characteristics.360 teachers who work in the district of Konya Meram constitute this research samplethat is on 2014-2015 academic year which is a descriptive quality.As a collection data instrument in this research to identify teacher`s self respect anddecision making style in decision making who developed by Mann and Diğ that is adapted byDeniz in Turkish to identify teacher`s job satisfaction level that is developed bay Deniz andGüliz Gökçara; Minnesote job satisfaction scale and to identify personal qualifications that isdeveloped by personal information form.It is determined that teachers who involved in that research their self respect level ishigh in decision making careful in decison making style is low and their job satisfaction levelis medium level.While there is a meaningful relation in self respect decision making style inaccording to the some meaningful changes there is no relation.Key Words:Classroom teachers, Decide, Job satisfaction
