This study is about Sunnah civilization built by the Prophet Muhammad. First part reveals the way of shaping the family, which played the basic role in building the civilization, by Sunnah. In the second part, education as undoubtly important figure for transmission of the civilization is discussed and the lines of Sunnah on education are explored. The third part focuses on the concepts of politics and state; the philosophy of politics in Sunnah is expressed. In the next part, law which constitutes the legal ground of Sunnah civilization is scrutinized and then the assessments of Sunnah on law is studied. In the fifth part, the approach of Sunnah to economics is examined; then in the last part, socio-cultural life as the ground of civilizations and to give them spirit is perused in terms of the model of Sunnah.
Bu çalışma, Hz. Peygamber'in inşa ettiği sünnet medeniyetini konu almaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, medeniyet inşasında temel rol üstlenen ailenin, sünnet marifetiyle şekillenişi ortaya konmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, medeniyetlerin aktarımında tartışılmaz önemi haiz eğitim ele alınmakta, sünnetin eğitime dair çizgileri tetkike açılmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde, siyâset/devlet üzerinde durulmakta ve sünnetin yönetim felsefesi işlenmektedir. Dördüncü bölümde, sünnet medeniyetinin yasal zeminini teşkil eden hukuk irdelenmekte, sünnetin hukuka ilişkin belirlemeleri incelenmektedir. Beşinci bölümde, sünnetin ekonomiye/iktisat dair yaklaşımları ele alınmakta; altıncı ve son bölümde ise, medeniyetlerin zeminini oluşturan ve onlara ruh veren sosyo-kültürel hayat, sünnet modeli üzerinden tetkik edilmektedir.
