Abstract

Turizm destinasyonlarinin basarisinda turist memnuniyeti, motivasyonu, tekrar ziyaret niyeti ve sadakat algisi önemli bir kavramolarak kabul edilmektedir. Çalisma Istanbul turizminde kayda deger bir role sahip Sultanahmet turizm bölgesini kapsamaktadir.Arastirma; Sultanahmet turizm bölgesini ziyaret eden turistlerin seyahat motivasyonu, memnuniyet düzeyleri, tekrar ziyaretniyetleri ve sadakat algilari arasindaki iliskiyi ölçmeyi amaçlamaktadir. Literatür incelendiginde, ifade edilen degiskenlere dairarastirmalar yer almis olsa da, Sultanahmet örnekleminde degerlendiren çalismalarin bulunmamasi, bu çalismanin öneminiortaya koymaktadir. Arastirma kapsaminda 388 turiste; seyahat motivasyonu, memnuniyeti, tekrar ziyaret niyeti ve destinasyonsadakati ölçegi ve demografik sorulardan olusan ve literatürden yararlanilarak uyarlanan soru formu 01 Mart-20 Haziran 2019tarihleri kolayda örnekleme teknigi kullanilarak uygulanmistir. Arastirma kapsaminda elde edilen veriler tanimlayici istatistiklerve korelasyon analizi ile degerlendirilmistir. Sultanahmet turizm bölgesini ziyaret eden turistlerin cevaplari incelendiginde; seyahatmotivasyonu, turist memnuniyeti, tekrar ziyaret niyeti ve destinasyon sadakati arasinda pozitif yönde orta düzeyde anlamli bir iliskioldugu görülmektedir. Arastirma sonuçlarina göre ilgili kurum ve kuruluslara birtakim öneriler sunulmustur.
