GAF-MTN kısa gün soğan ıslah hatlarında abiyotik stres uygulamasının baş verimine etkisi

Abstract

Kuraklık, tuzluluk vb. abiyotik stres koşulları değişen iklim şartları ile tarımsal üretimde bir risk olmaktadır. Üretimi kısıtlayan bu etmenlerden soğan da bu çevresel koşullara hassas olmasından dolayı nasibini almıştır. Bu çalışmada 12 adet seçilmiş kısa gün soğan genotipini saksılarda ve sera koşullarında yetiştirip, tuz, kuraklık ve tuz ile aynı anda kuraklık stresine dayanıklılıklarını verim parametrelerini baz alarak incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda tuz stresi konusunda en toleranslı görülen genotipler K51, K18 ve K41 olmuştur. Tuz ile aynı anda uygulanan kuraklık stresine toleranslı olduğu görülen genotipler ise K25 ve K41 olmuştur. Kuraklık stresi ise genotipleri en çok etkileyen abiyotik stres etmeni olmuştur. Kuraklık stresinde de yine K41 genotipi gösterdiği toleransla dikkatleri çekmektedir.
