Increeasing the yield per unit area in seed production significantly affects the cost. In recent years, providing such advantages of increased number of mini tubers per unit area and reduced productions cost, the use of a type of soilles culture called aeroponic system has become widespread. In this study, it was aimed to determine the performances of four different potato genotypes (Agria, Russet Burbank, Borwina and Zirve) and four different planting materials (in vitro plant, micro tuber, mini tuber and tuber sprout) in aeroponic system. Study was carried out with 4 replications according to split-plot design. The number of tubers per plant, tuber number per meter square, tuber yield per plant, mean tuber weight, dry matter content, fresh and dry root weight, root length, photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and chlorophyll index measurements were taken from planting materials at 15-week after transfer. Cultivar, planting material and cultivar x planting material interaction were found to be statistically significant. Analyses have given that tuber number per plant (15.4 tuber/plant), tuber number per meter square (4016.5 tuber m-2), tuber yield per plant (333.32 g/plant), fresh root weight (119.8 g), dry root weight (10.2 g) and root length (99.7 cm) were the highest for Agria mini tuber interaction. However, mean tuber weight (23.3 g) was found to be highest in Agria tuber sprout interaction.
