Abstract

THE ANALYSIS OF KEEPING THE TRAFFIC RULES IN TURKEY ( M. Sc. Thesis ) Mustafa Kemal TOLUNAY NIGDE UNIVERSITY INSTITUE OF SOCIAL SCIENCE ABSTRACT In this thesis, obeying the traffic rules in Turkey was analyzed, the reasons and result of affecting factors was searched. In first chapters, basic information's about traffic were given and the elements of traffic were evaluated. After wards, the main factors that affects obeying the rules were given in four titles as; legal, physical, biological and socio psychological. In last chapters, the problems about obeying the traffic rules were confirmed with surveys and field study with analysis. It was proved that traffic culture hasn't been placed, traffic conscious hasn't been created enough and a system approach that takes people as focus was suggested. TÜRKİYE'DE TRAFİK KURALLARİNA UYUM ANALİZİ ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Mustafa Kemal TOLUNAY NİĞDE ÜNİVERSİTESİ SOSYAL BİLİMLER ENSTİTÜSÜ Niğde 2002 ÖZET Bu tezde, Türkiye'de trafik kurallarına uyum analizi yapılmış, etkileyen faktörlerin sebep ve sonuçları araştırılmıştır. İlk bölümlerde, trafik hakkında ana bilgiler verilmiş, trafiğin unsurları değerlendirilmiştir. Sonra, uyumu etkileyen ana faktörler: Hukuki, fiziki, biyolojik ve sosyo psikolojik olarak dört ana başlıkta sunulmuştur. Son bölümlerde, trafik kurallarındaki uyma sorunları, tahlilleri ile birlikte alan çalışması ve anketlerle teyit edilmiştir. Trafik kültürünün oturmadığı, yeterli trafik bilincinin oluşmadığı sonucuna varılmış ve insanı merkeze alan bir sistem yaklaşımı önerilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Yol güvenliği, Trafik bilinci.
