Abstract

Der Basler Kommentar zum Allgemeinen Teil des Sozialversicherungsrechts behandelt in wissenschaftlich überzeugender Weise diesen grundlegenden Erlass des Sozialversicherungsrechts mit all seinen in der Praxis relevanten Fragestellungen. Er bietet einen umfassenden Überblick über die aktuelle Lehre und Rechtsprechung, spricht die brennenden Themen der sozialen Sicherheit an und kommentiert als erster Gesetzeskommentar die aktuellen Revisionen im Sozialversicherungsrecht, inkl. der neuen Bestimmungen zur Überwachung. Die knapp fünfzig namhaften Autoren aus Rechtsprechung, Lehre und Advokatur diskutieren die aktuellen Probleme und Fragestellungen des Sozialversicherungsrechts immer auch mit Blick auf die Einzelgesetze und deren Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede.
