Alimony, which is included in the favorable and unfavorable provisions of the responsible for his action in terms of operability and expressed as the provision of basic needs for the maintenance of human life in general, is the most important institution of family and comminty life. Marriage, kinship and property alimony that constitute the legal reasons of this establishment constitute the subject of our research under the title of Alimony in Islamic Law. In this context, the legal reasons of alimony in the form of weddings, kinship and property have been tried to be examined in all aspects.In this study, it has been seen that the history of alimony first began with the prophet Adam (pbuh) according to Islam and each society included different practices from each other. Alimony coverage; treatment, physician expenses and the costs of marrying children should be included, the responsibility of the husband belongs to the husband, if the husband allowed her wife to work and didn't hire a maid, he has advised to help her with the housework. On the other hand, it is determined that only the marriage contract is not enouhg at the point that the spouse alimony of the spousal to the husband, the status of the husband in child support to be given to the woman should be respected. After the alimony support of marriage and kinship and property alimony, as well as the important provisions on property alimony has been seen to shed light on the present day. In addition, it has been concluded that Islamic law provides general provisions aand principles on the subject and that they are capable of providing solutions to possible problems that may arise. Amelî yönden mükellefin leh ve aleyhine dair hükümler kapsamında yer alan ve genel olarak insan hayatının idâmesi için temel ihtiyaçların temini şeklinde ifade edilen nafaka, aile ve toplum hayatının en önemli müessesesidir. Bu müessesenin hukuki sebeplerini oluşturan nikâh, hısımlık ve mülkiyet nafakası `İslâm Hukukunda Nafaka` başlığı altında araştırmamızın konusunu teşkil etmektedir. Bu bağlamdan hareketle nafakanın nikâh, akrabalık ve mülkiyet biçimindeki hukuki sebepleri tüm yönleriyle irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.Bu çalışmada genel olarak İslam'a göre nafaka tarihinin ilk olarak Hz. Âdem (a.s.) ile başladığı, her toplumun bir birinden farklı uygulamalara yer verdiği görülmüştür. Nafaka kapsamına; tedavi, hekim harcamaları ile çocukları evlendirme masraflarının dâhil edilmesi gerektiği, nafaka sorumluluğunun kocaya ait olduğu, eşinin çalışmasına izin veren kocanın hizmetçi tutmamışsa ev işlerinde ona yardım etmesinin tavsiye edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Öte taraftan eşin nafakasının kocaya vucubiyeti noktasında sadece nikâh akdinin yeterli olmadığı, kadına verilecek nafakada kocanın durumuna itibar edilmesi gerektiği tespit edilmiştir. Evlilik ve iddet nafakasından sonra hısımlık ve mülkiyet nafakalarının yanı sıra mülkiyet nafakasına dair önemli hükümlerin günümüze ışık tutacak nitelikte olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca İslâm hukukunun konuya dair genel hüküm ve ilkeler vaz' ettiğini ve bunların ortaya çıkabilecek muhtemel problemlere çözüm getirebilecek nitelikte oldukları kanaati hâsıl olmuştur.Anahtar Sözcükler: İslam Hukuku, Nafaka, Nikâh, Hısımlık, Mülkiyet.
