Maksilla posteriorda görülen radiküler kist: Olgu raporu

Abstract

Radiküler kist, çenelerde en sık görülen odontojenik inflamatuar kisttir. Diş çürüğü veya travma nedeniyle diş pulpa dokusunun canlılığını kaybetmesi kist gelişiminde önemli rol oynar. Radikal kistler genel olarak asemptomatiktir. Çenelerinin diğer bölgelerine göre maksilla posterior bölgede ve maksiller sinüste daha az görülmektedir. Radiküler kistlerin tedavisi, enükleasyon veya marsüpiyalizasyonu takiben enükleasyon olarak değişmektedir. Bu olgu raporunda 22 yaşındaki erkek hastanın maksilla posterior bölgesinde görülen radiküler kistin tedavisi anlatılmaktadır.
