Sağlık sektöründe talep tahmini üzerine bir uygulama

Abstract

Doğru ve güvenilir talep tahminleri işletmelerin verimliliğin artmasında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Her sektörde olduğu gibi sağlık sektöründe de talep tahminleri konusu önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Özellikle medikal malzeme alımlarının temel bir maliyet kalemi olduğu hastane gibi kurumlarda, stok maliyetlerinin kontrolü için iyi bir talep tahmini yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, İstanbul’da bir hastaneden alınan verilerle, kullanılan temel medikal malzemelerin 2010-2014 yıllarındaki gerçek talep verileri ile bir talep tahmini uygulaması yapılmıştır. Minitab17 istatistik programı kullanılarak mevcut verilere zaman serisi yöntemleri uygulanıp, en uygun tahmin yönteminin tespiti amaçlanmıştır.
