Sivil toplum kuruluşlarında kurumsal karne uygulama süreci önerisi

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard (BS) approach, which is developed for the purpose of performance monitoring and management, has been becoming an increasingly important and more commonly used managerial tool for profit-oriented organizations. When we come to examine the literature of BS, it can be seen that BS application remains at the level of recommendation for non- governmental organizations (NGO) which are non-profit-oriented. Also, there is not available any numerical examples that explains the process of application from beginning to end. In this study, by taking courage from knowledge and experience that arise from previously carried out BS application of profit-oriented organizations, making a significant contribution for filling the deficiency by performing BS application for NGO is provided. In this article, firstly, general information about concept of BS and NGO will be given and discussions related to application of BS for NGO will be introduced. Lastly, an application of BS that carried out in NGO will take place.
