Uçak işletmeciliğinde finansal kiralama

Abstract

Financial leasing can be defined as a financial method, which enables the firm to take over only the usage rights of the asset for a specific period, without acquiring the ownership of the asset. As it can be understood from its definition, the purpose of financial leasing is to obtain the usage rights, without having the ownership of the asset. In this way, the asset needed by the business can be obtained at a lower cost, rather at proper economical conditions. The most important asset of an aircraft operator is an aircraft. The best proper financial source to obtain these expensive vehicles is financial leasing. In our case, financial leasing method is discussed from aircraft operators? point of view and the regulations and the steps to follow is explained throughly when an aircraft is obtained through financial lease.
