Abstract

Bilgi yönetimi yeni bir disiplin olarak yirmi yıllık bir geçmişe sahiptir. Bilgi yönetimini kavramak için önce bilgi kavramının anlaşılması gerekir. Bilgi yönetiminin tanımlanmasında güçlü bir genel uzlaşma mevcut değildir. Genellikle iki çeşit bilgi vardır. Örtülü bilgi insanların beyninde depolanmaktadır. Açık bilgi ise insan beyninden başka belgelerde ve diğer biçimlerde bulunabilmektedir.
