SWARA metodu ile kriter önceliklendirme: Tedarikçi performansının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Today, the power of businesses depends not only on their own performance but also on the performance of all the units they interact with. One of the most important issues for supply chain management is to cooperate with the right suppliers for the company. Whether companies will continue to cooperate with their existing suppliers depends on the performance of the suppliers. While evaluating supplier performance, many criteria are taken into account and as a result, the company decides which suppliers to continue to work with. In this study, the criteria that can be used in supplier performance evaluation with the SWARA method are analyzed. Using the obtained values, alternative suppliers can be evaluated with different decision-making methods.
