
In September 2001 an international group of scholars established the commission on european family law (CEFL). This Commission is purely scientific initiative which is totaly independent of any organization or institution. The CEFL’s main objective is the creation of Principles of European Family Law which aim to establish the most suitable means for the harmonization of family law within Europe.
Eylül 2001’de uluslar arası bir grup akademisyen Avrupa Birliği Aile Hukuku Komisyonu’nu (CEFL) kurmuşlardır. Komisyon, herhangi bir organizasyona veya kuruma bağlı olmayan, tamamıyla bilimsel bir kuruluştur. CEFL’in temel amacı, Avrupa Aile Hukuku’nu uyumlaştırabilmek için, en uygun Avrupa Aile Hukuku Prensiplerini yaratmaktır.
