Abstract

In recent years, entrepreneurship has become an intensively spoken concept in economic and social life. Turkey Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB) efficient use of space located between the support provided by the Entrepreneurship Support for businesses is expected to be reflected in the commercial life positively. When examined from the perspective of entrepreneurs and public / private subsidiaries that support, it is anticipated that economic development will be beneficial, business ideas will be successfully passed on to life, innovative service and production focus will be targeted. A study has been conducted on the effective use of entrepreneurship programs and support provided for these purposes. In this research, the approaches of the individuals benefiting from KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Support, the applications for effective use of support and the literature studies for the viewpoint of the supports from the individuals are discussed. The primary and secondary data have been examined by taking into account the difference between efficiency and productivity provided by TURKSTAT and KOSGEB. The concept of entrepreneurship is seen as an important element in Turkey's development is an attribute of social research in order to understand what is the level of perception. Discussions have been made on the extent to which these businesses, which have started commercial life as micro-scale economic enterprises, can develop in the long run, how integrated they are to the commercial cycle and the efficient use of support.

Son yıllarda girişimcilik yoğun bir şekilde ekonomik ve sosyal hayatın içerisinde konuşulan bir kavram haline gelmiştir. Ülkemizde Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeleri Geliştirme ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığınca (KOSGEB) işletmelere yönelik sağladığı destekler arasında yer alan Girişimcilik Desteğinin verimli kullanılması ticari hayata olumlu şekilde yansıması beklenmektedir. Girişimciler ve destek veren kamu/özel iştirakleri açısından incelendiğinde, ekonomik kalkınmaya fayda sağlanması, iş fikirlerinin başarılı bir şekilde hayata geçirilmesi, yenilikçi hizmet ve üretime odaklanılması hedeflendiği ön görülmektedir. Girişimcilik programları ve sağlanan desteklerinin bu hedefler açısından etkin kullanılması konusunda bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırma içerisinde KOSGEB Girişimcilik Desteklerinden yararlanan bireylerin yaklaşımları, desteğin etkin kullanımına yönelik uygulamalar ve bireylerin desteklere bakış açısına yönelik literatür çalışmaları tartışılmıştır. Birincil ve ikincil veriler TÜİK ve KOSGEB tarafından sağlanarak yapılan çalışma ile etkin ve verimlilik ayrımı göz önüne alınarak incelenmiştir. Türkiye’nin kalkınmasında önemli bir unsur olarak görülen girişimcilik kavramının toplumsal olarak algı düzeyinin ne olduğunu anlayabilmek adına bir araştırma niteliğindedir. Mikro ölçekli ekonomik girişimler olarak ticari hayatına başlayan bu işletmelerin uzun vadede ne kadar gelişebildikleri, ticari döngüye ne kadar entegre oldukları ve desteklerin verimli kullanımına ilişkin tartışmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir.
