Filistin sorunu ve Türkiye`nin AK Parti hükümetleri dönemindeki Filistin politikası

Abstract

Palestine matter has a historical depth. In this depth, a lot of actors have directed that matter. By the 20th century, Palestine and Israel are the most effective sides of matter. Both countries struggled to build a state on these lands. After the decline of Ottoman Empire, only Israel have achieved that. However, Israel has used its power to supremacy on Palestinians. In the end, a great conflict has come out and Palestine is the only loser of this conflict. Israel has increased its regional power and Palestine has been forced to stay in defense. With that way, two sides have become enemies against each other. As an historical side of this issue, Turkey is a part of this process. In particular, after the 1980s, Turkey has joined the process. Turkey has become a mediator and a reconciliatory country to build a permanent peace between the sides. However, by the 2000s, Turkey has become more active for Palestine's situation. In particular, during the period of Justice and Development Party, Turkey has assumed a serious role. In this point, naturally, Turkey and Israel are in conflict, too. The role, which has been assumed by Justice and Development Party has changed Turkey's role positively in the international relations positively. This study of thesis researches the role of Turkey in Palestine matter during the Justice and Development Party governments in the basis of Palestine-Israel conflict. Keywords: Conflict, Israel, Palestine, Politics, Turkey.
