Abstract

Bir peyzajı bütüncül olarak değerlendirebilmek ve hakkında sürdürülebilir yönetim kararları alabilmek için öncelikle strüktür, fonksiyon ve değişim olmak üzere başlıca üç bileşeninin araştırılması ve aralarındaki ilişkilere bakılması gerekmektedir. Her bir bileşen peyzajın mekânsal, ekolojik ve sosyolojik yapısı hakkında önemli ipuçları verebilmektedir. “Peyzaj” bu bileşenlerin ortak kesişim noktasında yer almaktadır. Bu nedenle sürdürülebilir ve işleyen bir Peyzaj Planlaması için her bir bileşenin; mekânsal, ekolojik ve sosyolojik çerçevede ele alınması ve Peyzaj Bileşenlerinin bir bütün olarak değerlendirilmesi gerekir. Bu makalenin amacı özetle; ”Peyzaj bileşenlerini ve aralarındaki ilişkileri bütüncül bir peyzaj planlama yaklaşımı doğrultusunda değerlendirmek” şeklinde ifade edilebilir.
