The research entitled " Application of the Principle to the Reasonable Term in the stage of Preparatory Investigation, in the crime of robbery in the Joint Prosecutor's Office of La Banda de Shilcayo, 2019", is of the basic type, with descriptive level, non-experimental design, having as population and sample 16 fiscal folders of the crime of robbery, where documentary observation was applied as a technique and the checklist as an instrument. The results indicate that the application of the principle of Reasonable Term in the preparatory investigation stage at the Joint Prosecutor's Office of La Banda de Shilcayo, 2019, in which the taking of complementary manifestations does not have a uniform time for the proceedings, ranging from 3 days to 22 days, the response of the jurisdictional support bodies to the requests of the prosecution on average take 21 days and the inapplication of the procedural times has a level of occurrence of 11. 5%. Moreover, the treatment of the incidence of the crime of robbery in the Joint Prosecutor's Office of La Banda de Shilcayo, 2019 from the typology of the crime is fulfilled in 98.2%, being this an outstanding value. It is concluded that the application of the Principle of Reasonable Time in the preparatory investigation stage, in the crime of robbery in the Joint Prosecutor's Office of La Banda de Shilcayo, 2019, is regular, where the average time spent is 13.3 months.

La investigación titulada “La aplicación del Principio al Plazo razonable en la etapa de Investigación Preparatoria, en el delito de robo en la Fiscalía Mixta de La Banda de Shilcayo, 2019”, del tipo básica, nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental, teniendo como población y muestra a 16 carpetas fiscales del delito de robo, donde se aplicó como técnica la observación documental y el instrumento la lista de cotejo. Los resultados indican que, la aplicación del principio al Plazo Razonable en la etapa de investigación preparatoria en la Fiscalía Mixta de La Banda de Shilcayo, 2019, donde la toma de manifestaciones complementarias no tiene un tiempo uniforme para las actuaciones, que van desde los 3 días a los 22 días, la respuesta de los órganos jurisdiccionales de apoyo a las solicitudes de la fiscalía en promedio demoran 21 días y la inaplicación de los tiempos procesales tiene un nivel de ocurrencia de 11.5%; y el tratamiento de la incidencia del delito de robo en la Fiscalía Mixta de La Banda de Shilcayo, 2019 desde la tipología del delito se cumple en un 98.2%, siendo este un valor sobresaliente. Se concluye que, la aplicación del Principio al Plazo Razonable en la etapa de investigación preparatoria, en el delito de robo en la Fiscalía Mixta de La Banda de Shilcayo,2019, es regular, donde en promedio el tiempo empleado es de 13.3 meses.
