Abstract

The objective of the present work is to provide the study of a zonal park that encourages outdoor recreational activities in the city of Moyobamba. Since the population increase is imminent, it is necessary to assume the commitment to generate planned cities, in order that every citizen has access to recreational equipment, where the different sports disciplines can be encouraged. This study methodology considers an applied research, which according to Sampieri et al (2014), is used when a solution to a problem is given and a final product is obtained, with a cross-sectional correlational design, because the relationship search that exists between the two variables is obtained. The survey technique is applied, using an instrument such as a questionnaire to measure the level of need for a recreational facility. As a result, the requirements of the inhabitants are obtained, for which it is necessary to create a design that takes into account the importance that the user somehow proposes the spaces that are part of a joint need. The final result is a structured proposal for a zonal park in the city of Moyobamba, which contributes to the integral development of a city based on urban planning, starting from the logical and orderly growth of a city.
