The present research, entitled "Evaluation of the financial assets and liabilities and their relationship with the profitability of the company Comercializadora y Distribuidora SVD SAC, district of Tarapoto, periods 2015 - 2016", had as objective to determine the relationship between the evaluation of the financial assets and liabilities and the profitability of the company Comercializadora y Distribuidora SVD SAC, district of Tarapoto, periods 2015 - 2016. It was an applied research with correlational level and a non-experimental design, whose sample was conformed by 18 collaborators, the technique used was the interview guide and documentary analysis, and the instruments applied were the interview guide and the documentary analysis guide. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the evaluation of the financial assets and liabilities and the profitability of the company Comercializadora y Distribuidora SVD S.A.C., because the correlation statistic P is 0.878, which means that there is a significant and very high relationship, indicating in this way that the increase of the relationship goes in the same direction for both variables. Likewise, the significance is high, since the statistics present as a result (0.003 Sig. Bilateral), then the hypothesis of the investigation is accepted.

La presente investigación titulada “Evaluación del activo y pasivo financiero y su relación con la rentabilidad de la empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora SVD SAC, distrito de Tarapoto periodos 2015 – 2016”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la evaluación del activo y pasivo financiero y la rentabilidad de la empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora SVD SAC, distrito de Tarapoto periodos 2015 – 2016. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada de nivel correlacional con diseño no experimental, cuya muestra estuvo conformada por 18 colaboradores, la técnica empleada fue la guía de entrevista y análisis documental, y el instrumento aplicado fue la guía de entrevista y la guía de análisis documental. Llegando a concluir que se evidencia que existe relación significativa entre la evaluación del activo y pasivo financiero y la rentabilidad de la empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora SVD S.A.C., por cuanto la estadística de correlación P es de 0.878, lo cual muestra que existe una relación significativa muy alta, indicando de esta manera que el incremento de la relación va en un mismo sentido para ambas variables. Asimismo, la significancia es alta, puesto que la estadística presenta como resultado (0.003 Sig. Bilateral), entonces se acepta la hipótesis de la investigación.
