Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar los principales factores de riesgo asociados a lesiones precancerosas en mujeres atendidas en el Centro de Salud Morales, octubre 2016 – febrero 2017”. Materiales y Métodos: estudio no experimental, cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, la población fue 66 mujeres con lesión precancerosa de cuello uterino. Como instrumento se utilizó una ficha de recolección de datos. Resultados: Las mujeres con lesiones precancerosas según factores sociodemográficos, son: 51,5% tienen una edad entre 31 a 40 años; 57,6% tienen secundaria; 69,7% son convivientes, 56,0% proceden de zona urbana, 81,8% no fuman. Según factores gineco-obstétricos son: 57,6% tuvieron una edad de la menarquía de 12 a 14 años, 50,0% iniciaron sus relaciones sexuales entre los 15 a 19 años; 75,8% tuvieron de 2 a 3 parejas; 84,8% usan anticonceptivos; 36,4% usan inyectables y el 31,8% usan ACO; 63,6% tuvieron de 1 a 2 embarazos; 74,2% tuvieron de 1 a 2 partos vaginales; el 80,3% no tuvieron abortos; el 62,1% no tuvieron ITS. Los tipos de lesiones precancerosas fueron: 72,7% tuvieron displasia leve o NIC I y el 27,3% tuvieron displasia moderada NIC II. Conclusiones: Existe relación significativa de los factores de riesgo, edad de la menarquía, número de parejas, ITS, cantidad de PAP hace más de tres años y el número de partos vaginales, cantidad de PAP en el último año y el uso de anticonceptivos, con los tipos de lesiones precancerosas.

Objective: To determine the main risk factors associated with precancerous lesions in women attended at the Morales Health Center, October 2016 - February 2017. Materials and Methods: non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive, correlational study, the population was 66 women with precancerous cervical lesion. A data collection form was used as instrument. Results: Women with precancerous lesions according to sociodemographic factors are: 51.5% have an age between 31 and 40 years; 57.6% have secondary education; 69.7% are cohabiting, 56.0% come from urban areas, 81.8% do not smoke. According to gynecological-obstetric factors: 57.6% had a menarche age of 12 to 14 years, 50.0% started sexual intercourse between 15 and 19 years; 75.8% had 2 to 3 couples; 84.8% use contraceptives; 36.4% use injectables and 31.8% use ACOs; 63.6% had 1 to 2 pregnancies; 74.2% had 1 to 2 vaginal deliveries; 80.3% did not have abortions; 62.1% did not have STIs. The types of precancerous lesions were: 72.7% had mild dysplasia or CIN I and 27.3% had moderate dysplasia CIN II. Conclusions: there is a significant relationship between risk factors, age of menarche, number of partners, STIs, number of PAPs more than three years old and number of vaginal deliveries, number of PAPs in the last year and contraceptive use , With types of precancerous lesions
