With the objective of determinate the agents casual of the diseases fungus present in seeds of Phaseolus vulgaris, is collected seeds of eight locations: San Roque de Cumbaza, Aucaloma, San Antonio de Cumbaza, San José de Sisa, Juan Guerra, Tingo de Ponaza, Saposoa and Juanjui, the which were transferred the laboratory of sanitation vegetable where is perform the description of symptoms, isolation, characterization, proof of pathogenicity and proof of control chemical in vitro with fungicide using the design complete to random with seven processing (five fungicide and two witnesses) and four repetitions. The results determined that: Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium solani, Colletotrichum lindemuthianum, Fusarium oxysporum, Aspergillus niger, Aspegillus flavus y Penicllium sp are mushrooms that produce putrescence of seeds in Phaseolus vulgaris in the ecotypes studied and according the proof of pathogenicity: Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium solani, Colletotrichum lindemuthianum is spread for seeds in the región San Martin. Of according to the scale of qualification, the fungicide Tolclofos Methil + Thiram (2g/kg), Propineb (3g/kg), Mancozeb (3g/kg) y Metalaxil + Mancozeb (2,5g/kg) controlled of form Very Good to Good to the mushrooms Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Rhizoctonia solani, and the fungicide Tolclofos Methil + Thiram (2g/kg) controlled the form Good to mushrooms Fusariun solani.
