Abstract

VII ABSTRACT USING IRRIGATION SYSTEMS IN LANDSCAPE PLANNING STUDIES ERAKIN,Ali MSc in Agricultural Structures and Irrigation Department Supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. M. Ali UL September 2000, 90 pages In thesis, local and foreign references which published on this subject have been utilized as material. Throughout the literature phase, the old and modern irrigation techniques, the tools and equipments used by both techniques on noncultivated lands during landscape project implications are compared and the most suitable technique and materials are determined. These decisions are supported with various catalogues and additional technical informations are given. Pressured irrigation methods is the most suitable methods for landscape project operations/implications. Every method has its own irrigation system. Equipments used in these methods are developed as on alternative for the old irrigation systems. The results ofVIII investigations show that computer supported automation systems are to become widespread. These innovations seen initially in large scaled projects, are also seen small lands and private landscape implications. Innovations in pressured irrigation systems especially the materials used in computer conducted automation systems are determined in this thesis. ÖZET PEYZAJ PLANLAMA ÇALIŞMALARINDA KULLANILAN SULAMA SİSTEMLERİ ERAKIN,A1İ Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Tarımsal Yapılar ve Sulama Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Doç. Dr. M. Ali UL Eylül 2000, 90 sayfa Çalışmada materyal olarak bu konuda yayımlanmış yerli ve yabancı literatürlerden yararlanılmıştır. Literatür aşamasında tarım dışı alanlar olan peyzaj planlama çalışmalarında kullanılan eski ve yeni sulama teknikleri, bu tekniklerde kullanılan alet, ekipmanlar karşılaştırılarak, en uygun sulama tekniği ve materyaller belirtilmiştir. Bunlar çeşitli kataloglarla pekiştirilmiş ve bunların teknik özellikleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Peyzaj planlama çalışmalarında en uygun yöntem basmçlı sulama yöntemleridir. Her yöntemin kendine ait bir sistemi vardır. Burada kullanılan ekipmanlar, daha önce kullanılmış olan sulama sistemlerine alternatif olması amacıyla geliştirilmektedir. Bilgisayarlı otomasyon sisteminin yapılan araştırmalara göre giderek yaygınlaştığı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Öncelikle, büyük projelerde görülen bu yenilikler,VI zamanla küçük arazilerde ve özel peyzaj alanlarında da kullanılmaktadır. Tezde, basmçlı sulama sistemlerinde görülen yenilikler özellikle, bilgisayarlı otomasyon sistemlerinde kullanılan materyaller belirtilmiştir. Anahtar sözcükler: Basınçlı sulama sistemleri, mikro - sulama, pop- up'lar, elektrikli vanalar, bilgisayar destekli kontrol sistemleri.
